Pricing

Priced by how many clinics you can defensibly carry.

One more directorship is worth $1,500–$8,000 a month. Whether you can take it comes down to whether you can prove the oversight you're already doing. That's what this is for.

Every band includes every feature — attestation ledger, supervisory hours, protocol versioning, coverage integrity, the state rules engine, and the printable inspection binder. There is no feature gating, because a director on 1 clinic carries the same license risk as a director on 20. 14-day free trial, card required, cancel any time before it ends and you're not charged.

Questions worth asking a compliance vendor

Why isn't this priced per user?
Because per-seat pricing gives you a reason to leave people out of the record. Every injector, credential, and delegated act belongs in it.
What counts as a clinic?
One physical location you hold a directorship for. Archive one and it stops counting on your next invoice. Its records stay in your book permanently.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
Nothing. Attestations, hour entries, and signed protocol versions stay readable, printable, and exportable in every billing state, including after cancellation. Canceling pauses new signed records. That's it.
Do you store patient information?
Chart references are record locators only. The field rejects names, dates of birth, phone numbers, and email addresses, and findings fields are screened the same way. Chart IDs themselves are stored, since an attestation has to point at what was reviewed.
I cover 20+ clinics or place directors for a group.
That's a partner setup: white-label, your branding, flat wholesale per clinic. Get in touch and we'll size it.

See it with a real book first.

The demo opens a private workspace staged with a fractional director's 4-clinic book across Texas and Georgia — overdue cadence, an expiring RN license, and a service running outside the malpractice schedule, all already in it. No card, no form.
